Holtz Design Studio was founded in 2010 by Kelli Holtz, ASID — a Traverse City, Michigan native who moved west to study interior design in Denver and never quite left
the mountains.
Nearly two decades later, Kelli calls Vail, Colorado home, and that dual sense of place is woven into the studio itself: offices in both Vail and Traverse City, serving clients nationwide.
Built on Collaboration
What began as a single-designer practice has grown into a full-service studio, without losing the personal, collaborative spirit it started with. Lead Designer Andrea Barnes brings over seventeen years of experience across luxury residential, staging, and commercial design, while studio manager Martina McMenamy keeps every project organized from first meeting to final install.
