Kelli Holtz, ASID
Principal
Kelli Holtz has been grateful to live and work in Vail, Colorado for nearly two decades. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan Kelli moved to Denver to attend The Art Institute of Colorado and pursue a career in interior design. Her life brought her to the mountains and she loves the exciting atmosphere of living in Vail. An artist at heart, Kelli finds inspiration everywhere she looks. With offices in Vail and Traverse City, the Holtz Design Studio team works on projects nationwide.
Andrea Barnes
Lead Designer
Andrea Barnes brings over seventeen years of design experience to the Holtz Design Studio team. Her experience covers luxury residential, home staging and model home merchandising, commercial tenant finish design and residential remodels. A Colorado Native, Andrea enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband, two daughters and their Golden Doodle, Von Vadar Doodle. Andrea loves to travel and share a meal with friends.
Martina McMenamy
Assistant
Martina studied Fashion Design in Prague and as a Czech Republic native, she brings a unique eye to our design work. She handles all aspects from managing the studio and assisting in design work to meeting with clients and helping with installations. Her organizational skills are key for our processes and her communication skills help orchestrate the Holtz Design Studio team success. She has enjoyed living in Vail for more than twenty years and especially loves the summer and fall seasons. When not in the office, Martina enjoys hiking the beautiful Vail Valley and traveling the world with friends.
